The following is the long-awaited information about the 2026 Convention and AGM at Temora.
The increased cost of fuel, or even its availability, caused the committee to revisit the original plan to improve flexibility and reduce costs. Hence, the delay.

Friday 22nd May 2026
- Arrivals
- Friday dinner - BBQ with the Temora Aero Club at the airport.
Saturday 23rd May 2026

- General flying and more time at the museum.

Sunday 24th May 2026
- Breakfast – Guardhouse café from 8am
- 10:00 - Airtourer Association AGM - Temora Museum Ted Sly Meeting Room.
- Pilot Proficiency Program presentation
- Simulators - 3 simulators booked for two hours.
- Lunch at the Airport
- PM
- Flying - taking members who were unable to fly in for a local flight.
- Formation flying.
- Bundawarrah Centre - Rural Museum
- Early departures
- Dinner - Shamrock Hotel - Chinese Restaurant

Convention Fee
The committee are aware of the cost pressures on our members and have worked to keep the costs to a minimum.
The Convention Fee is $275 per person covering:
- Friday BBQ at the Aero Club
- Saturday sandwich lunch
- Saturday convention dinner
- Sunday sandwich lunch
- Guided tour of the museum
- Simulator flights
Accommodation
The primary accommodation is the SkyLodge at the airport. Twelve rooms have been reserved for the association. When booking, please mention you are with the Airtourer Association.
