Friday 3^rd May 2024

• Midday - HiAce pickup from Sydney airport for those flying commercially.
• Arrivals and welcome at Bathurst Aero Club
• 1600 Presentation by AvPlan
• 1800 Welcome by Graeme Burke, President of the Bathurst Aero Club
• BBQ at the Bathurst Aero Club

Saturday 4^th May 2024

• 0900 Coach pick at Rydges Hotel, other locations by arrangement.
• 1000 Morbel Market & coffee.
• 1045 Coach departs market for Age of Fishes Museum
• 1200 Coach departs for Lunch at Beekeepers Inn(pay as you go)
• 1430 Coach departs for Bathurst Grange Distillery
• 1530 Coach returns to the hotel or National Motor Racing Museum, which is a short walk to the hotel.
• 1900 Convention Dinner at Rydges Hotel. Guest speaker Michael Monk of RAAus.

Sunday 5^th May 2024

• 0830 HiAce Bus pickup from Rydges, other hotels by arrangement.
• 0900 Breakfast - coffee & croissants, at the Bathurst Aero Club
• 0930 Airtourer Association AGM
• 1030 Bathurst Aero Club open day and personal flying activities.
• 1200 BBQ lunch at Bathurst Aero Club. (Pay as you go.)
• Departures as required.
• 1400 onwards - HiAce shuttle to the hotel as required.
• 1900 Dinner at the Chicane Bar & Grill, Rydges Hotel (pay as you go)

Monday 6^th May 2024

• Prior to 0830, HiAce to airport by arrangement with Doug Gould.
• 0900 HiAce departs for Sydney Airport to arrive by 1300.
