Currently VH-COI

Originally Serial Number 145 and built as a 115 by Victa, it was exported to NZ and registered as ZK-CZP. While originally thought to be a 115 there are some indications that it may have been a 100, i.e. the venturi as seen in this NZ photo.

After an accident in NZ it returned to the factory, which was now AESL, where it was rebuilt to Super 150 standard. Imported into Australia by Peter Coy it gained Australian registration VH-COI. Purchased in 1985 by the current owner.

Photo above: Taken at West Wyalong, NSW on the Sunday of the President's Fly-in 1986. The President was Sonny Rankin on the left of the photo. The owners had been married the day before in Sydney and a flight to the President's' Fly-in was the first stage of the Honeymoon. On taxiing in, the bride donned her veil and as the prop stopped the champagne cork popped!
