The Annual General Meeting of the Airtourer Co-operative Ltd will be held online at 0730 UTC on 21 April 2021 immediatly after the 2020 AGM.

Agenda:

  • Since the 2020 AGM was held immediately prior to the 2021 AGM the minutes will not available for confirmation. These will be confirmed at the next General Meeting.
  • Presentation of Reports.
  • Election of Board Members. (The Constitution requires the two longest serving board members to retire but they may offer themselves for re-election. In 2021 Mr. John O'Halloran and Mr. John Day retire.  John O'Halloran offers to stand for for re-election but John Day and Stan Tilley are retiring permanently. Nominations are requested for these vacancies.)
  • Other Business (Other business must be notified to the This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. prior to 14th April so that the membership can be advised prior to the meeting.)

Proxies may be registered in accordance with the Rules of the Airtourer Co-operative Ltd. These Rules and the proxy form are available from the Association website under Airtourer Association>Administration.

  • Confirmation of the Minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting.
  • Business Arising from the Minutes.
  • Presentation of Reports.
  • Ratification of Election of Board Members. (The Constitution requires the two longest serving board members to retire but they may offer themselves for re-election. In 2020 Mr. Lee Gordon-Brown and Mr. Ross McBride retire but offered themselves for re-election. No other nominations were received.)
  • Other Business (No business was notified to the board prior to the original AGM date.)
