Convention 2018 Griffith - A Good Start

The 2018 Airtourer Association Convention got off to a great start on Friday 16th March with 15 aircraft, including 11 Airtourers arriving at Griffith by sundown. Special mention must go to Sue and Adrian in MRI as well as Ric and Veronica in RIC who flew all the way from Western Australia.

Our hosts, the Griffith Aero Club provided refreshements during the afternoon with the bar open as evening approached.
With all the aircraft tied down it was time to head into town for an excellent Italian meal. Later in the evening we were pleased to see Alan Wood ably supported by a team including son Graham and daughter Ann arrive.
