The Association was thrilled to meet Henry's daughter Helen and son Richard at the President's Fly-in over the weekend of 19th & 20th September 2015. They were joined by grandson Sebastian who has been a member and supporter of the Association for many years. Seb was joined by his son Marcus and younger brother Albert.

L to R: Richard and Helen Millicer, Sebastian, Marcus and Albert Hempel.
Richard and Helen had flown in Airtourers, including the original wooden Airtourer FMM with their father as children. When the opportunity to experience the Airtourer again was offered they gladly accepted.
Five of the formation endorsed members gathered for the flight to Wagga Wagga flying over the city before a pass over the airport before finally landing. Helen commented that it was the longest she had spent straight and level in an Airtourer. Apparently Henry enjoyed demonstrating the manoeuvrability he designed into the aircraft.

Lining up for departure from Temora, a beautiful day for flying!

Lining up echelon right for the run-in to Wagga Wagga airport.
It was great to share our enjoyment of the Airtourer with Henry's family and we hope to see them again at our gatherings.
